Terms and Conditions of our services.
Welcome to WP Marbella! We’re thrilled to have you here. Before you book a session or browse our work, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions. These are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

1. Booking & Payments

      • A deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.

      • Payment can be made via various methods, incl. bank transfer, credit card, paypal, revolut & bizum.

      • Any changes to your session date must be requested in the specified advanced notice time and are subject to availability.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

      • If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

      • Cancellations with less than the specified advanced notice time may result in forfeiting your deposit.

 

3. Session Advice/Policies

      • Your arrival to a session on time is crucial to ensure we get the best shots! Sessions that start late may have reduced shooting time.

      • Additional fees may apply for extra time, locations, or special requests.

      • We love creative ideas! However, props or special requests should be discussed in advance.

 

4. Image Delivery & Usage

      • Edited images will be delivered within the agreed time in the contract.

      • All images remain the copyright of WP Marbella, but clients receive personal usage rights.

      • Clients may not edit, alter, or resell images without written permission.

      • We may showcase some images in our portfolio. If you need to keep your images private you are required to let us know before the session.

 

5. Prints & Products

      • We offer high-quality prints and products for purchase. However, third-party printing may result in colour discrepancies beyond our control.

 

6. Liability

      • We take great care to ensure a smooth session, but we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, unexpected location closures, etc.).

      • Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the session.

 

7. Agreement
